What do you think of yoga ?
When I tell people about my yoga practice, many often reply with something like “I’d love to practice yoga, but I’m just not flexible enough!”.
Can you do yoga if you are not flexible? The answer is “Of course you can :)”.

Breath” “Meditation
Breathing is what causes the movement of energy and what helps the body relax. Breathing deeply can open ourselves to feel more emotion, as well as be more in tune with what’s happening in our bodies.
Pose (Asana)
Asanas are a combination of a calm mind and a strong healthy body. Asanas also makes a strong, flexible body.
Meditation
When you balance your mind and body with "breathing" and "asana", that creates “Meditation “.
Reach your hands down to the earth,and feel the grass between your fingers. Turn your gaze up to the sky, you can literally look at the beautiful blue sky. See the clouds moving in the breeze. Watch birds gliding through the air. Let’s share happy and healthy moments in class.
