Gentle Hatha
Gentle Hatha Yoga will bring calmness, connection, stress reduction, and a feeling of well being. This class could include some vinyasa flow, but the point is not to raise your heart rate or try to get your leg behind your head. It’s to really tune into your body and your breath.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses(3-5mins)
Yin yoga targets ligaments,bones, joints and connective tissues. In Yin yoga all you need to do is relax in the pose.
KIDS YOGA
Kids Yoga sculpts young minds and bodies, giving tools that will enhance and support children to be balanced, creative, and calm individuals with a strong sense of who they are in relation to the world. Kids Yoga also builds strength, confidence and resilience, and a strong body is able to digest food well, breathe better and withstand stress.
