ABOUT ME

Yoga and Me

I have been playing tennis since I was 7. Tennis was always my sports. To improve my tennis quality,

I started Yoga when I was middle 20’s.

Tennis can throw a my body out of alignment causing injury to the body; yoga helps my balance alignment preventing injury while building strength in under-utilised muscles. And also Tennis is a mental game. The quieter the mind, the better the focus. Yoga teaches me quieting of the psyche which helps reset awareness. Breathing is a key part of the yoga practice but it is also beneficial to keeping my tennis match relaxed. On top of mindfulness and breathing, yoga can build strength and keep me stay from getting injured.

When I left my previous work, I decided to study about Yoga more and get a licence of RYT200. I went to Bali, Indonesia and participated in RYT200 teacher training course.

I’ve started Yoga classes under the beautiful blue sky, with the warm sunshine and by the beautiful beach.
